Learning Outcome 4 (U3): Be able to carry out post-production techniques and processes for an original media product to a client brief (M4,D1) These files have been exported as a .png How does the exported media product meet the client brief? Both my double page spread and front cover as the two exported media products, match the client brief as they fit the exact criteria that the brief involves and called for. They represent the "North London music scene" as they feature the inclusion of North London based artists in both the front cover and double page spread. On the front cover, the cover lines list some UK talents, 2 artists of which are North London based artists. On the double page spread, the interview features a brief discussion of the life the artist lives in North London. Learning Outcome 4 (U3): Be able to carry out post-production techniques and processes for an original media product to a client brief (P5) screenshots post-production techniques and methods used: Using the font I chose as a title, I directly downloaded the font from dafont.com and imported it into photoshop. Using 'command t' I was able to determine the the size that would best suit the front cover in proportion 'using the shift tool' to the main image. I was able to import both the barcode and main image I took into photoshop. I used opacity to make my image more transparent so I could add more effects in a later stage. I used the rectangular box tool to add the split effect to my main image. I also experimented with the opacity to give my image a soft, transparent aesthetic. Plan and develop pre-production materials  Logistics paperwork: Model permission form Location release form Location recce and risk assessment  Legal and ethical Copyright- the legal right that protects the use of your work once your idea has been physically expressed. It grants the creator of an original creative work legal right that can't be stolen from. It is important I don't breach this form of legislation, therefore I need to create my own ideas/original forms of work. I can be inspired by pre-existing magazines, for instance with layouts and colour schemes, but I cannot copy logos or artwork. Therefore, I cannot use images of pre-existing DJs that have been taken for other purposes, not for my own magazine.
